(๑) จัดทำข้อบังคับของสภาองค์กรของผู้บริโภค
(๒) เลือกตั้งประธานและคณะกรรมการนโยบายของสภาองค์กรของผู้บริโภค
(๓) กำหนดนโยบาย แนวทาง หรือแผนงาน เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค
(๔) กิจการอื่นที่คณะผู้เริ่มก่อการเห็นสมควร
