ส่วนที่ ๓ กองทุนเพื่อพัฒนาการอุดมศึกษา

ผู้อำนวยการต้องมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับที่คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนกำหนดและต้องเป็นผู้สามารถทำงานให้แก่สำนักงานบริหารกองทุนได้เต็มเวลา วาระการดำรงตำแหน่งและการพ้นจากตำแหน่งของผู้อำนวยการ รวมทั้งการรักษาการแทนผู้อำนวยการ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับที่คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนกำหนด
