หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

คณะรัฐมนตรีอาจมีมติให้องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในบังคับบัญชาหรือกำกับดูแลของรัฐมนตรีปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ก็ได้ เว้นแต่มาตรฐานการอุดมศึกษาให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้
