ให้คณะกรรมการนโยบายกำหนดระเบียบว่าด้วยการปกครอง ดูแลบำรุงรักษา ใช้ประโยชน์จากไม้ และใช้ประโยชน์ในพื้นที่ป่าชุมชน โดยต้องคำนึงถึงกฎหมายว่าด้วยป่าไม้และกฎหมายว่าด้วยป่าสงวนแห่งชาติด้วย
