หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการป่าชุมชนประจำจังหวัด
(๑) เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ป่าชุมชนไม่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๖๔ (๒) เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ป่าชุมชนฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
