บรรดาไม้และของป่าที่ได้มาจากป่าชุมชนตามแผนจัดการป่าชุมชนที่คณะกรรมการป่าชุมชนประจำจังหวัดอนุมัติ หรือตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้กำหนดไว้ ไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าภาคหลวง หรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงป่า
