ในกรณีที่มีค่าบริการและค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดหางานสำหรับแรงงานประมง ให้ผู้จัดหางานเรียกเก็บจากเจ้าของเรือ และเจ้าของเรือมีหน้าที่ต้องชำระค่าบริการและค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าว
