หมวด ๒ การคุ้มครองแรงงานประมง

ในกรณีที่แรงงานประมงร้องเรียนว่าเจ้าของเรือมิได้ปฏิบัติต่อตนให้ถูกต้องตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ เจ้าของเรือจะบอกเลิกสัญญาจ้างหรือกระทำการใดอันเป็นเหตุให้แรงงานประมงไม่สามารถทนทำงานต่อไปได้เพราะเหตุแห่งการร้องเรียนดังกล่าวหรือเพราะเหตุที่ไปให้การเป็นพยานในเรื่องที่มีการร้องเรียนดังกล่าวมิได้
