หมวด ๙ บทกำหนดโทษ

ให้นำความในมาตรา ๘๗ มาใช้บังคับแก่ผู้กระทำการล่าสัตว์ป่าสงวนหรือสัตว์ป่าคุ้มครองที่อยู่นอกเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าหรือนอกเขตห้ามล่าสัตว์ป่าโดยอนุโลม เว้นแต่เป็นกรณีการกระทำตามมาตรา ๑๓ เพื่อประโยชน์แห่งมาตรานี้ ให้กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช หรือกรมประมง แล้วแต่กรณี เป็นผู้เสียหายในการฟ้องคดี
