ส่วนที่ ๒ คณะกรรมการอุทยานแห่งชาติ

กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละสามปี กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งอาจได้รับการแต่งตั้งอีกได้ ในกรณีที่กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ แต่ยังมิได้แต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใหม่ ให้กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒินั้นปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะได้แต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใหม่
