ส่วนที่ ๑ กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางแพ่ง
(๑) คู่กรณีตกลงระงับข้อพิพาทกันได้
(๒) คู่กรณีถอนตัวจากการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทตามมาตรา ๒๗ (๓) ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยเห็นว่าการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทต่อไปจะไม่เป็นประโยชน์และให้ยุติการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท
