ส่วนที่ ๓ กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางอาญาในชั้นการสอบสวน

คู่กรณีต้องเข้าร่วมการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางอาญาด้วยตนเองและมีสิทธิให้ผู้ซึ่งตนไว้วางใจไม่เกินสองคนเข้าฟังการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางอาญาได้ ถ้าคู่กรณีซึ่งเป็นผู้ต้องหาเป็นผู้เยาว์ ให้บิดา มารดา ผู้ปกครอง นักจิตวิทยาหรือนักสังคมสงเคราะห์เข้าร่วมการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางอาญาด้วย การไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางอาญาตามหมวดนี้ให้กระทำเป็นการลับ
