หมวด ๓ สำนักงานกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง
(๑) มีอายุไม่เกินหกสิบห้าปี
(๒) เป็นผู้สามารถทำงานให้แก่สำนักงานได้เต็มเวลา
(๓) เป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์เหมาะสมกับกิจการของสำนักงาน
(๔) มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๐ (๑) (๓) (๔) (๕) (๖) (๗) (๘) และ (๙)
