หมวด ๔ การดำเนินงานของกองทุน

น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงใดที่มีการส่งเงินเข้ากองทุน หรือมีการขอรับเงินชดเชยจากกองทุนแล้ว หากมีการนำไปผลิตใหม่โดยการผสมสารเติมแต่งและทำให้ปริมาณน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงเพิ่มขึ้น ให้ผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงซึ่งเป็นโรงกลั่นส่งเงินเข้ากองทุน หรือขอรับเงินชดเชยจากกองทุน เฉพาะในส่วนของปริมาณน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงที่เพิ่มขึ้นเท่านั้น
