Clause 8 กฎกระทรวงค่ารักษาพยาบาลที่ให้นายจ้างจ่าย พ.ศ. 2563

การจ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาลตามข้อ ๒ ข้อ ๓ ข้อ ๔ ข้อ ๕ หรือข้อ ๖ หากลูกจ้างซึ่งเป็นผู้ป่วยในมีค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับค่าห้อง ค่าอาหาร และค่าบริการพยาบาล ให้นายจ้างจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าวเท่าที่จ่ายจริง แต่ไม่เกินวันละหนึ่งพันสามร้อยบาท
