Section 6 พระราชกำหนดว่าด้วยการประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พ.ศ. 2563

การประชุมตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติให้ต้องมีการประชุม นอกจากจะดำเนินการตามวิธีการที่บัญญัติไว้ในกฎหมายแต่ละฉบับแล้ว ผู้ทำหน้าที่ประธานในที่ประชุมจะกำหนดให้จัดการประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ก็ได้ และให้มีผลเช่นเดียวกับการประชุมตามวิธีการที่บัญญัติไว้ในกฎหมาย ห้ามมิให้ประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในเรื่องตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
