(๑) ผู้ต้องขังหลบหนีพ้นกำหนดสามเดือน นับจากวันหลบหนี
(๒) ผู้ต้องขังถูกปล่อยตัวแล้วไม่รับทรัพย์สินหรือรางวัลของตนไปภายในกำหนดหนึ่งปี นับจากวันปล่อยตัว
