ผู้ใดเข้าไปในเรือนจำโดยมิได้รับอนุญาต หรือรับจากหรือมอบแก่ผู้ต้องขังนำเข้ามาหรือออกไปจากเรือนจำซึ่งเงินหรือสิ่งของต้องห้ามโดยทางใด ๆ อันฝ่าฝืนข้อบังคับของเรือนจำ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
