ให้คณะกรรมการองค์การสวนสัตว์ซึ่งคณะรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาจัดตั้งองค์การสวนสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๗ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นคณะกรรมการองค์การสวนสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทยตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ และปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่าจะได้มีคณะกรรมการองค์การสวนสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทยตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้
