Clause 7 กฎกระทรวงการขออนุญาตและการอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับโรงงานจำพวกที่ 3 พ.ศ. 2564

ในกรณีที่มีคำสั่งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเงื่อนไขในใบอนุญาต ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตนำใบอนุญาตมาให้ผู้อนุญาตบันทึกการยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวรวมไว้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของใบอนุญาตด้วย
