Clause 11 กฎกระทรวงการจัดการเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้ว พ.ศ. 2564
(๑) ส่งเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้วให้แก่หน่วยงานของรัฐที่ทำหน้าที่เก็บรักษาเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้ว
(๒) ส่งเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้วไปจัดการนอกราชอาณาจักร
(๓) ส่งเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้วกลับคืนแก่ประเทศผู้ขายหรือผู้ให้เช่าซึ่งเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์
