หมวด ๔ การป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย

ห้ามทำการใด ๆ ที่ก่อหรืออาจก่อให้เกิดเปลวไฟหรือประกายไฟภายในเขตระบบการขนส่งน้ำมันทางท่อและสถานีสูบน้ำมัน ยกเว้นกรณีการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมแซมหรือการดำเนินการอื่นใดซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของผู้ประกอบกิจการควบคุม
