ร้านจำหน่ายต้องตั้งอยู่ในอาคารที่สร้างด้วยวัสดุถาวรและทนไฟ มิให้ตั้งร้านจำหน่ายถังก๊าซปิโตรเลียมเหลวหุงต้มในอาคารชุด อาคารสรรพสินค้า อาคารแสดงสินค้า หรือสถานีบริการก๊าซปิโตรเลียมเหลว
