Section 10 ตรี พระราชบัญญัติราชองครักษ์ พุทธศักราช 2480

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้สมุหราชองครักษ์ ราชองครักษ์และเจ้าพนักงานตามมาตรา ๑๐ ทวิ มีอำนาจและหน้าที่เช่นเดียวกับพนักงานฝ่ายปกครองหรือตำรวจตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา โดยอยู่ในความควบคุมดูแลและรับผิดชอบของสมุหราชองครักษ์
