ให้ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ส่งเสริมศิลปาชีพระหว่างประเทศซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นผู้อำนวยการสถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย (องค์การมหาชน) ตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ และให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่าสัญญาจ้างผู้อำนวยการดังกล่าวจะสิ้นสุดลง
