การต่อตัวนำล่อฟ้า ตัวนำลงดิน ตัวนำประสาน และรากสายดิน ให้ใช้วิธีเชื่อมแบบหลอมละลาย (exothermic weld) หรือวิธีจับยึดที่มีหมุดเกลียวขันยึดให้แน่นไม่น้อยกว่าสองตัว
