บรรดาคดีเกินอำนาจศาลแขวงมีนบุรีซึ่งค้างพิจารณาในศาลแพ่งและศาลอาญาในวันที่เปิดทำการเป็นศาลจังหวัดดังระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๓ นั้น ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาต่อไปในศาลนั้น ๆ
