Clause 10 กฎกระทรวงกำหนดอาคารที่ต้องทำประกันภัยความรับผิดตามกฎหมาย พ.ศ. 2564

เจ้าของอาคารหรือผู้ครอบครองอาคารตามข้อ ๔ ที่มีอยู่แล้วก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ต้องจัดให้มีการประกันภัยตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับและให้เก็บเอกสารการจัดให้มีการประกันภัยดังกล่าวไว้ และพร้อมที่จะให้เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นตรวจสอบได้ทุกเวลา
