ส่วนที่ ๒ การลงคะแนนออกเสียงทางไปรษณีย์

เมื่อขอใช้สิทธิออกเสียงตามมาตรา ๔๗ แล้ว ให้ผู้มีสิทธิออกเสียงนั้น หมดสิทธิลงคะแนนออกเสียงในหน่วยออกเสียงที่ตนมีชื่ออยู่ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้มีสิทธิออกเสียงของหน่วยออกเสียงนั้น
