Clause 18 กฎกระทรวงการพิทักษ์ความปลอดภัยทางนิวเคลียร์ พ.ศ. 2564

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตหรือผู้แจ้งซึ่งมีวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ในสถานประกอบการตามข้อ ๒ (๓) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการเพื่อให้วัสดุนิวเคลียร์เจือจางหรือหมดไป ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตหรือผู้แจ้งแจ้งให้สำนักงานทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าห้าวันก่อนวันเริ่มดำเนินการ
