Clause 4 กฎกระทรวงศักยภาพทางเทคนิคของผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ พ.ศ. 2564

ผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้วัสดุนิวเคลียร์ตามข้อ ๑ ต้องจัดให้มีแผนการดำเนินการเมื่อเลิกใช้งานที่ระบุว่าจะจัดส่งวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ไปจัดการนอกราชอาณาจักร ส่งกลับคืนแก่ประเทศผู้ขายหรือผู้ให้เช่าซึ่งวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ หรือวิธีการอื่นตามที่เลขาธิการประกาศกำหนด
