ภาค ๔ ทรัพย์

ให้ใช้กฎหมายแห่งถิ่นที่ทรัพย์สินตั้งอยู่บังคับแก่สังหาริมทรัพย์และอสังหาริมทรัพย์ อย่างไรก็ดี ในกรณีการส่งสังหาริมทรัพย์ออกนอกประเทศ ให้ใช้กฎหมายสัญชาติของเจ้าของทรัพย์บังคับแก่ทรัพย์นั้นตั้งแต่เวลาส่งทรัพย์ออกนอกประเทศ
