ภาค ๕ ครอบครัว

ถ้ามิได้มีสัญญาก่อนสมรส ทรัพย์สินระหว่างสามีภริยาให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายสัญชาติ ถ้าสามีและภริยามีสัญชาติแตกต่างกัน ทรัพย์สินระหว่างสามีภริยาให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายสัญชาติแห่งสามี อย่างไรก็ดี ทรัพย์สินระหว่างสามีภริยา ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายแห่งถิ่นที่ทรัพย์สินนั้นตั้งอยู่
