ภาค ๕ ครอบครัว

การรับเป็นบุตรชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายสัญชาติของบิดาในขณะที่รับเป็นบุตร ถ้าหากในขณะนั้นบิดาได้ถึงแก่ความตายเสียแล้ว ก็ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายสัญชาติของบิดาขณะที่ถึงแก่ความตาย
