ภาค ๑ บทเบ็ดเสร็จทั่วไป

นอกจากจะบัญญัติไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือกฎหมายอื่นใดแห่งประเทศไทย ความสมบูรณ์เนื่องด้วยแบบแห่งนิติกรรมย่อมเป็นไปตามกฎหมายของประเทศที่นิติกรรมนั้นได้ทำขึ้น อย่างไรก็ดี กฎหมายของประเทศที่ทรัพย์สินตั้งอยู่ย่อมใช้บังคับแก่แบบที่จำเป็นเพื่อความสมบูรณ์แห่งสัญญา เอกสาร หรือนิติกรรมอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์
