หมวด ๙ บทบัญญัติเฉพาะกาล
(๑) หรือในกรณีที่มีการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๗ ตรี ( ๒) หรือ (๓) หรือมาตรา ๗ จัตวา
(๒) โดยนิติบุคคลซึ่งถือกรรมสิทธิ์เรือจดทะเบียนเป็นเรือไทยได้รู้เห็นหรือยินยอมด้วย ให้นายทะเบียนเรือประจำเมืองท่าขึ้นทะเบียนของเรือนั้นถอนทะเบียนเรือนั้นเสีย
