Clause 1 กฎกระทรวงการจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยทางรังสี พ.ศ. 2564
(๑) ใบอนุญาตผลิต มีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้วัสดุกัมมันตรังสีตามมาตรา ๑๙ (๑)
(๒) ใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีตามมาตรา ๒๖ (๒) “เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยทางรังสี” หมายความว่า ผู้รับใบอนุญาตเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยทางรังสีตามมาตรา ๙๕
