Clause 12 กฎกระทรวงคุ้มครองแรงงานในงานประมงทะเล พ.ศ.2565

ให้นายจ้างจ่ายค่าจ้าง ค่าทำงานในวันหยุด หรือเงินที่นายจ้างมีหน้าที่ต้องจ่ายตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ถูกต้องและตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตกลงกันแต่ให้จ่ายเดือนหนึ่งไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งครั้ง ในกรณีที่เป็นเงินส่วนแบ่งที่นายจ้างตกลงจ่ายให้แก่ลูกจ้างตามมูลค่าสัตว์น้ำที่จับได้ ให้จ่ายตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตกลงกัน แต่ต้องไม่เกินสามเดือนต่อหนึ่งครั้ง
