Clause 17 กฎกระทรวงคุ้มครองแรงงานในงานประมงทะเล พ.ศ.2565

ในกรณีที่ลูกจ้างตกค้างอยู่ในต่างประเทศเนื่องจากการทำงานให้แก่นายจ้าง ให้นายจ้างจ่ายเงินให้แก่ลูกจ้างไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละห้าสิบของอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำตลอดเวลาที่ลูกจ้างตกค้างอยู่ในต่างประเทศ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่นายจ้างตกลงจ่ายค่าจ้างในอัตราที่สูงกว่า ให้ใช้อัตราค่าจ้างตามข้อตกลงนั้นเป็นฐานในการคำนวณ
