นายจ้างของสถานประกอบกิจการตามที่ระบุไว้ในบัญชีท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้ ที่มีลูกจ้างจำนวนห้าสิบคนขึ้นไป ต้องจัดให้มีระบบการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย ทั้งนี้ ภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่มีลูกจ้างครบจำนวนดังกล่าว
