ห้ามนำของหัตถกรรมใด ๆ ที่มีการแสดงกำเนิดเป็นเท็จเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร แต่ความในมาตรานี้มิให้มีผลบังคับแก่สิ่งของที่มีการแสดงกำเนิดในสยาม หากว่านำเข้ามาเพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องห่อหุ้มหรือป้ายสำหรับของที่ผลิตหรือทำหัตถกรรมในราชอาณาจักร
