ให้พยานบุคคลและพยานผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ศาลเรียกมาให้ถ้อยคำหรือทำความเห็นซึ่งมิใช่พยานที่คู่กรณีอ้าง มีสิทธิได้รับค่าตอบแทนเป็นค่าป่วยการ ค่าพาหนะเดินทาง ค่าที่พัก และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ตามที่กำหนดในพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้
