Clause 8 กฎกระทรวงกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการคัดเลือกเอกชน การกำหนดค่าตอบแทน และวิธีการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้แก่เอกชนที่สืบหาทรัพย์สิน พ.ศ. 2565

นอกจากกรณีตามข้อ ๗ แล้ว ให้หัวหน้าหน่วยงานของรัฐมีคำสั่งถอนรายชื่อเอกชนที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกได้ ถ้าเอกชนนั้น
(๑) ตาย
(๒) เลิกนิติบุคคล
(๓) ยื่นคำร้องให้ถอนรายชื่อออกจากบัญชีผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือก
