ในกรณีที่ราคาที่ดินที่นำไปชดเชยต่ำกว่าราคาที่ดินของเจ้าของที่ดินที่จะได้รับการชดเชยที่ดิน ให้จ่ายเงินค่าทดแทนที่ดินเพิ่มเติมให้ตามจำนวนที่ยังขาดอยู่ ส่วนราคาที่ดินที่สูงกว่าตามมาตรา ๕ ให้เป็นอันพับไป
