(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๒ วรรคหนึ่ง (๔) คณะกรรมการมีมติให้พ้นจากสมาชิกภาพเพราะเป็นผู้กระทำการอันเป็นการเสื่อมเสียแก่เกียรติศักดิ์แห่งวิชาชีพ
(๕) ไม่ชำระค่าขึ้นทะเบียนสมาชิก ค่าบำรุง หรือค่าใช้จ่าย โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับ
