ในวาระเริ่มแรก มิให้นำมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง มาใช้บังคับกับการเลือกตั้งกรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคหนึ่ง (๖) และมิให้นำมาตรา ๑๘ เว้นแต่การเป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย มาใช้บังคับกับกรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคหนึ่ง (๕) และ (๖)
