เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ตรวจสอบเอกชนผู้ใดมีพฤติการณ์ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยโรงงาน ให้ผู้อนุญาตแจ้งเตือนเป็นหนังสือให้ผู้ตรวจสอบเอกชนปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
