หมวด ๓ การย้ายและจำหน่ายทะเบียน

ผู้ใดจะนำสัตว์พาหนะออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร ให้นำสัตว์นั้นพร้อมด้วยตั๋วรูปพรรณไปให้นายทะเบียนตรวจแก้ทะเบียนและสลักหลังตั๋วรูปพรรณว่าจำหน่ายออกนอกราชอาณาจักร เมื่อผู้ใดนำสัตว์พาหนะดังกล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๑๗ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
