Clause 3 กฎกระทรวงการตรวจสอบและการจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบของผู้ตรวจสอบเอกชน พ.ศ. 2565

การตรวจสอบตามข้อ ๒ วรรคหนึ่ง ให้ใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบสถานที่ รวมทั้งเอกสาร ข้อเท็จจริง และหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ทราบถึงการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยโรงงาน และต้องมีการบันทึกรายการการตรวจสอบและสรุปผลการตรวจสอบในบันทึกการตรวจสอบด้วย
