Clause 1 กฎกระทรวงการขอรับและการออกใบอนุญาตตรวจสอบหรือรับรอง พ.ศ. 2565

ผู้ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๙/๑ หรือมาตรา ๙/๒ แล้วแต่กรณี ที่ประสงค์จะเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบเอกชน ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตตรวจสอบหรือรับรองต่อผู้อนุญาต พร้อมด้วยข้อมูล เอกสาร หรือหลักฐาน ตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอรับใบอนุญาตตรวจสอบหรือรับรอง
